My name is johannes nel. I stay in Stellenbosch South Africa most of the year, infrequently punctuated by trips to the states and the uk. A bloke called peter hall and myself started a company called memorphic (www.memorphic.com) and i am in charge of production type stuff there. I mostly think about how to organise engineering teams, how to get metrics and planning correct and when everything goes well, I get to code.
